Life Reset Privacy Policy

Effective date: 15 October 2026

Life Reset is a habit and personal-reset application. This policy explains the information the app processes and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

Life Reset can store your chosen reset, daily and custom actions, targets and units, completion and XP history, check-ins, mood, check-in notes, motivation, display name, favorites, reminder preferences and settings. This information is stored on your device first. If you choose to sign in, cloud synchronization starts automatically and associates synchronized data with your Firebase account identifier. Synchronized data can include the information listed above, reset history, achievements, reminder enablement choices and reminder times.

Life Reset does not import raw measurements from HealthKit, Google Fit, Health Connect or device health sensors. Wellness-related information in the app consists of the actions, targets, mood, notes and progress that you choose to enter or record in Life Reset.

Do not enter sensitive medical, financial or legal information in free-text fields. Life Reset is a general wellness product and is not a medical service.

Account and sign-in information

Account creation is optional. When you use Apple or Google sign-in, the identity provider supplies an account identifier and may supply your name, email or profile photo according to your provider choices. Life Reset uses this information for authentication, account display and synchronization. Passwords are handled by the identity provider and are not received by Life Reset.

Purchases

Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat processes purchase status, product identifiers, entitlement status and an anonymous or app-user identifier so the app can unlock Pro features and restore purchases. After sign-in, Life Reset associates the Firebase account identifier with the RevenueCat app-user identity. Life Reset does not receive full payment-card details.

Diagnostics and analytics

If analytics is enabled in Privacy settings, Firebase Analytics may process app events and standard app, device and app-instance information to help understand feature usage. Firebase Analytics may also derive approximate geographic information from the device’s IP address; Life Reset does not request precise GPS location for analytics. Beginning with version 1.1.1 (build 3), Life Reset does not send your Firebase account identifier, email, mood, check-in note content or presence, reset/program identity, motivation text or custom action text as custom analytics event content. Earlier distributed versions may have sent a categorical mood value and whether a check-in note was present, but not the note text. You can turn analytics off in the app.

Crash reporting is separate from the optional analytics setting, and turning off Analytics does not turn off crash reporting. When Firebase is available, Firebase Crashlytics processes uncaught errors and technical information about the app, device and failure so crashes can be diagnosed. The current app does not provide a separate Crashlytics control. Life Reset does not attach your Firebase account identifier, email or user-entered reset text to crash reports through custom fields.

Notifications and widgets

Notification scheduling and delivery remain on your device. If you sign in, reminder enablement choices and reminder times are included in synchronized settings. The current app does not upload a push-notification token. Home-screen widgets can display a limited snapshot of your current progress in the platform’s shared app container. Anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to see widget content.

Service providers

Life Reset uses service providers only to operate the app:

Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms and applicable data-processing agreements.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it in Life Reset, uninstall the app or erase the device. Synchronized data remains while your account is active or as needed to operate and secure the service. You can erase local data and delete your account from the app. You can also follow the steps on the account deletion page to request account and cloud-data deletion.

Some purchase records may be retained by Apple, Google or RevenueCat for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and entitlement purposes.

Security and international processing

Life Reset uses platform security controls and Firebase access rules designed to limit synchronized records to the signed-in user. No system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards.

Children

Life Reset is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age in their country. If you believe a child supplied personal information, contact support.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete or restrict processing of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Use the in-app controls or contact support.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, by providing an in-app notice.
