Privacy policy and terms for Life Reset

These terms govern your use of Life Reset. By using the app, you agree to them.
Life Reset provides tools for planning habits, recording progress, reviewing trends and completing personal reset programs. Features can change as the product improves.
Life Reset does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, legal or financial advice. It is not an emergency or crisis service. Consult an appropriate professional before making decisions that could affect your health or safety.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for protecting access to your Apple or Google account and for activity performed through it.
You may use Life Reset for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse purchase or account systems, distribute malicious code, or copy and commercially exploit the app except where law permits it.
Pro products may include monthly, annual and lifetime options. The store displays the price and billing period before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store rules. A lifetime purchase grants access for the supported lifetime of the product and account; it is not a promise that every feature or platform will exist forever.
Free trials, introductory offers and eligibility are controlled by the store and may vary by account or region. Restoring purchases requires the same store account used for purchase.
You retain rights in text and records you enter. You give Life Reset the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, process and display that content for you. You are responsible for keeping your own backup or export when available.
The app, branding, bundled templates, design and software are owned by the publisher or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app.
The app may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions or third-party services. Features, limits and supported devices may change. Where required, material subscription changes will be communicated through the store or app.
To the extent permitted by law, Life Reset is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be suspended for serious misuse, fraud, security risk or legal necessity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law remain available to you.
